Art Donovan is the author of the first three best-selling Steampunk art and design books:
*'The Art of Steampunk' Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. The first books ever published on Steampunk art and design
* "The Art of Victorian Futurism' Steampunk Seoul, South Korea Exhibition, which he curated in 2014.

The was very first Museum Exhibition of Steampunk art and design. It proved to be the most highly attended exhibition in the museum's history. While at Oxford University, Donovan lectured extensively on the visual arts of Steampunk, it's disciplines and practitioners.
He is widely considered to be one of the world's foremost authorities on the art and design of Steampunk.
